Adipose Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cells Exposed To Oxytocin and Sunitinib are Synergistically Dystrophic

Objective: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are also promising in immunosuppressed patients after organ and tissue transplantation, addition to their current wide range of uses research areas. Sunitinib is a receptor tyrosine kinase with immunosuppressive properties its cytotoxic activity different types known. Our study aimed elucidate the effect oxytocin on sunitinib-treated MSCs.
 Methods: For this purpose, commercially available rat adipose tissue-derived MSC (ADMSCs) was used. The individual or combinational active substances viability evaluated WST-1, apoptosis Annexin V, oxidative stress markers MDA, CAT, GPX, SOD ELISA tests.
 Results: IC50 value sunitinib determined as 44.57 μM at 48th hour, it that had no doses up 100 μM. Treatment two agents combination increased sunitinib. Oxytocin attenuated lipid peroxidation.
 Conclusion: It important investigate efficacy these individually ADMSCs further experiments evaluate potential use transplantations.
